This handmade eco candleholder in Jet Black (size L) from British Colour Standard is handmade using waste wooden offcuts from the furniture industry that would otherwise have been chipped or burned. These offcuts have been transformed into a great elegant, simple turned and painted wooden candleholder ina range British Colour Standard colours, all of which tell their own story. They are all part of a colour pallette dating back to the 1930s that was discovered in an Oxfam shop by the owners of Designed in Colour. They copyrighted all of the colours in the range and designed a range of homeware items using the wide variety of colours. Everything in the range is produced sustainably and is all either recycled or handmade and is all Fair Trade made. The candle comes wrapped in a Kraft gift box with a BCS logo and so would also make a great gift. Complete with a metal cup to fit either dinner or taper candles and with a pad on the base to protect the table.
